• Assesses care needs and assists nurses in developing a care plan
• Locates and coordinates nurses with the appropriate skills to meet the need through our up-to-date registry
• Handles all scheduling, billing, payroll, insurance claims and communications
• Is available to find substitute nurses, if necessary
• Provides additional skilled oversight and support for each case
• Makes travel arrangements for fly-in nurses
• Helps prepare the home for proper care
• Provides information about Christian Science Care facilities, assisted living, financial aid, nursing equipment, etc.
• Strives to ensure that all of our patients’ needs are lovingly met
